14 DAY TRIAL // Apple is featuring teaser ads on its online stores (staring with Australia, at the time of this writing), promoting the upcoming Black Friday shopping event.
The teaser informs visitors that, “The one-day Apple shopping event is Friday, 29 November.” Customers will be able to shop online and get free shipping, or visit their local Apple Retail Store and walk out with a discounted purchase.
The Apple Store iOS app can also be used to take advantage of a sale, be it on iDevices, accessories, and even Mac computers.
Last year Apple slashed as much as $100 / €100 off MacBook Air and MacBook Pro computers, while iPads were discounted by around $40 / €40. iPod touch players were also entered in the promotion, but the iPhone was left aside (as it will probably be this time around as well).
