14 DAY TRIAL // Rovio Entertainment has released a new version of the original Angry Birds game which includes 15 new “stormy levels” for the Surf ‘n Turf episode.
The release notes make a reference to the new Bad Piggies release from Rovio, stating “The Bad Piggies don't just have a new game -- now they've taken over Angry Birds with 15 of the PIGGEST levels ever!”.
Rovio says the “stormy” levels can be found in the Surf ‘n Turf episode.
The stages are all pig-themed, says the Finnish development studio: “The Bad Piggies have taken over with 15 PIG THEMED Angry Birds levels!”
The original Angry Birds is compatible with all versions of the iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad as it only requires iOS 3.0 or later.
Rovio is yet to make the game iPhone 5-compatible. So far, the title still displays in the middle of the screen (on fifth-gen iPhones and iPod touches) with two dark stripes on the side.
