14 DAY TRIAL // Finnish development studio Rovio Entertainment has released updates for two of its Angry Birds games on iPhone and iPod touch, adding 36 new levels in an all-new Rio episode and squashing bugs in the Star Wars-themed installment of the game.
Available for all iDevice models capable of running iOS 4.3 or later, Angry Birds Rio 1.6.0 brings Market Mayhem. Rovio includes the following brief description.
“The marmosets are running amok in the market, and it's up to you to stop them! Bounce off awnings and pulverize fruit while you knock those monkeys off their perch!”
36 new levels await in an all-new Samba-themed episode packed with hidden fruit (to unlock a new bonus level) and, of course, a thrilling boss fight at the end.
Angry Birds Star Wars also got an update, but unfortunately this one doesn’t bring any excitement. Angry Birds Star Wars 1.1.3 only addresses some minor issues to improve the user experience.
