14 DAY TRIAL // Adobe Systems Inc. has released Adobe Shockwave Player 12.0.9.149, the latest version of the company’s media application for creatives on Mac OS X and Windows.
According to its creators, “Adobe Shockwave Player enables millions of Web users in mature markets to access some of the best the Web has to offer—including dazzling 3D games and entertainment, interactive product demonstrations, and online learning applications.”
The software basically delivers web content that has been created by Adobe Director and puts it all in a very convenient and feature-packed interface.
As usual, Adobe doesn’t want to bore the public with the technicalities behind this minor release, leaving us to assume that it’s a regular maintenance update with fixes and tweaks that you may or may not notice. Stability is almost guaranteed to be improved.
