The rather expensive 1Password, which Apple might just put out of commission with its upcoming biometric iPhone 5S, has received a new update this week.

Promoted to version 4.2.4, 1Password for iPhone and iPad includes language translation updates, bug fixes, and other improvements. Developer AgileBits doesn’t provide any specifics, which means the update isn’t all that critical.

However, if you haven’t jumped to 4.2 yet, you’re in for a bunch of 1Browser enhancements, sharing tweaks, search improvements, and other cool stuff. So go ahead and check out the new 1Password at the link below, and enjoy.

Requirements include iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation), any iPad mode, and iOS 6.0 or later. 4-inch screens are natively supported, and so are iPads.
