While supplies last, and not across all stores, according to an internal memo

A training document sent out by RadioShack reveals that the retailer is still stocking some of the discontinued 16GB iPhone 4 models. The phones sell for $99 with a new, two-year contract.

While you can get an iPhone 4 directly from Apple for the nice sum of $99, the Cupertino company will only hand you the newer, 8GB version of the handset. The 16GB model was discontinued when the iPhone 4S was introduced.

RadioShack, however, still has some units left. They come in both black and white models, but they “may not be in great supply”, according to the internal memo obtained by 9to5mac.

Those who don’t fancy an iPhone 4S, but do want the iPhone 4 with 16 gigs of storage capacity, may want to give RadioShack a call and see if they’re stocking any units nearby.
