Mail Act-On For Mac

Mail Act-On is a plug-in designed to extend the capabilities of the default macOS e-mail management which helps you handle multiple email accounts in a clean and organized environment.

The Mail Act-On plug-in comes with its own installer which reduces the process to following the onscreen instructions. Note that the same utility includes an uninstall option that allows you to correctly remove the plug-in from your system.

The plug-in integrates seamlessly with your Mail app, and you will be able to adjust its settings by navigating to the Mail Preferences window. In the Rules panel, you can easily define new management rules that can be quickly applied via the Mail Act-On menu.

By default, Mail Act-On comes with various hotkeys designed to help you access the plug-in menus in no time.

This way, while the main Mail window is in front, you can easily open the Mail Act-On main menu or the rules panel by pressing the F1 or F2 keys (in the System Preferences make use that the “Use all F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys).
