NAEV is a free 2D space combat and trading game, in a similar vein to Escape Velocity.

NAEV is played from a top-down perspective, featuring fast-paced combat, many ships and outfits, and a large galaxy to explore. The game is highly open-ended, letting players proceed at their own paces.

Installation: To run NAEV, place the ndata file to naev.app/Contents/Resources. You can open up naev.app as a folder by right clicking and selecting "Show Package Contents".
