What's new in perf2rrd 2.0

- Adds support for Icinga 2 and perfdata "spool directory". Will also support host perfdata collection from Icinga 2.
- Adds support for Livestatus for parsing check interval data.
- Adds support for deploying systemd service scripts.
- install.sh script updated to adapt for nagios/icinga/icinga2 environments, and also choose systemd or daemontools based service management. Install script can also take the socket path for rrdcached and configure that on deployment. In an Icinga2/systemd environment, the install script should get the performance data collection system up and running without much hastle for the user.
- JAVA SE 7 now required for use with this version of perf2rrd.
