iPoker Changelog

What's new in iPoker 4.3.1

Sep 24, 2008
  • Still uses iPoker 3 Activation Codes.
  • Will not interfere with an iPoker 3 installation.

New in iPoker 4.3 (Feb 1, 2008)

  • Prevented iPoker's modal dialog windows from causing the application's menus to remain disabled if you dismiss the dialogs via command-w or by clicking their little red close buttons. This could often be interpreted as a hang, especially when the Activation dialog was open.
  • Reduced the volume of iPoker's sound effects relative to the system volume. Also gave them a little spatial separation between the left and right channels. (For the Dealer's Speech, this only affects the digitized voice.) This change should make iPoker more enjoyable while listening to iTunes, etc.
  • Fixed a few grammatical errors in the synthesized Dealer's Speech feature. For example, the dealer should no longer say phrases like "Straight 'dot' Jack high", "10 bet: first," or "Straight flush to the heart."
  • Changed the default voice to Alex when running iPoker under Leopard.
  • iPoker now correctly checks for the compatibility of the "Wood, " and "Jaguar" Table Surfaces. Due to a system bug in Tiger, these large patterns will draw in a bluish color on Intel-based Macs. Apple has fixed this problem in Leopard.

New in iPoker 4.1.1 (Dec 17, 2007)

  • Fixed a bug in the Analyze Hand window where the deck would draw incorrectly when displaying the progress of an analysis.
