What's new in Zeroconf 0.5.3

• Fix bug: Now correctly detects libresolv on AMD64
• Added some experimental netlink stuff to track changes in network config. To try: configure --enable-netlink. Must run as root to re-init interfaces.
• Bugfix in info.c: do not advertise addresses on links that are down.
• Small fixes in automake files: make uninstall now also removes the register-service script (installed in /usr/local/sbin/ by default)
