- Mountains
- Build a mountain with a single click! Choose among the many terrain presets to automatically create very detailed mountains, hills, canyons, dunes, lunar surfaces...
- Sculpt terrains in real-time using your mouse or a tablet thanks to Solid3D™ technology.
- Switch to procedural terrains for an unlimited level of detail over infinite expanses of land!
- Each terrain is created randomly, and is guaranteed to be unique!
- Create caves and overhangs
- Water
- Create ultra realistic water with one mouse click! Adjust the property of the water, from still moutain lake to stormy ocean with one single slider.
- Render an animation, and watch the waves come to life with foam along the shores!
- Skies
- A romantic sunset, a grey winter morning, other-worldy skies... It's the atmosphere that creates the mood!
- Choose from hundreds of atmosphere presets and instantly change the mood of your scenes. Design your very own atmospheres using real-world settings.
- Plants
- Select a species and click a button to grow a plant! Because plants are grown "inside" the software, no two plants will ever look the same - just like in nature!
- Vue 9 Pioneer ships with 13 unique plant species. If you need more, you can easily find additional species at Cornucopia3D.com.
- Forests
- Thanks to the beauty of e-on's revolutionary EcoSystem materials, you can create dense forests (or vast cities) in a few clicks!
- Select a Forest EcoSystem material and assign it to your terrain. Millions of trees will automatically grow all over it!
- Planets
- Vue's fractal magic lets you create entire planets: zoom out of your scene way up into the sky and admire the view from outer space!
- Find daily cloud density maps on the internet and use them to create real-world skyscapes. You could even add cyclones by painting them in!
