  • Basic user management operations became available to administrators on the user profile page on the site - invitation of new participants, blocking, promoting administrators.

  • Invitation of already registered users through the VIPole application to join the Team account.
  • All new members of the Team account are added to the dynamic contact group and appear in each other contact list.

  • New mode for Team account users: the administrator can set an option allowing the Team member has a password equal to a secret phrase. The option reduces security but is helpful for new team members.

  • The latest VIPole Desktop client has a new video transmission system that provides the maximum quality supported by your device for your calls and conferencing. You can control the quality of the image on the screen depending on the quality of internet connection. Encrypted file storage drivers are updated in this release: the new plug-in ensures perfect interaction with Windows 8 and 10.

New in VIPole 3.7.5 (Nov 1, 2016)

  • VIPole interface has been significantly changed in this update: we have optimized the main menu for handier navigation, added avatar generating for users without profile pictures, and changed the way of displaying the list of group chat participants. Not only the interface of VIPole has changed, but the functionality as well: individual security settings for group chats are added that allow chat creators and moderators to regulate invitation of new participants and their access to chat history.

  • Brings brand new feature for Professional account users called auto-delete messages.
  • Now you can set pre-specified time for any sent message or file to burn from both the receiver's and your chat history with no record left.
  • To set the time you want the messages to burn, you should click the burn icon on message edit panel and select the time period starting from 1 minute and up to 3 months. If you want to disable the feature, click the burn icon again.
