- Fixed crash on start-up caused by a third-party plugin and effecting a very limited number of users with specific language settings.

- Updated the manual adding Mac AppStore Edition savedata locations.
- Added a dialog that appears after a user successfully completes the test asking that they rate the app in the app store. The user can choose to rate now. rate later, or never rate the app.
