New in Transylvania 6.0.3 (Dec 19, 2011)

  • Readme has been fixed, which told about a different application before.
  • Some other fixes as well.

New in Transylvania 6.0.2 (Oct 3, 2011)

  • Some text strings in the Savegame window has not been correctly translated before. This affects both the English as well as the German localization.

New in Transylvania 6.0.1 (Jul 15, 2011)

  • When starting a new game, in the toolbar line a command is pre-selected at every time now. During game play, a toolbar item representing a command should be selected always, so the player knows which command will be executed, if he select an object.
  • Finally, in the hut, if the player drops the mice to move the cat away, the depending msg window will pop up only once (instead of more times like before). The separate Command Input window is still available, but has been de-activated by default. The Command Input window can still be enabled or disabled in the Preferences window.
  • In german localization, the differences between 'Ziehe an' (wear) and 'Ziehe am' (pull) are cleared. 'Ziehe an' is now called 'Bekleide dich mit'. Also, in german localization, grammar in the Objects menu is now correct (for example, 'Ziehe am magischen Elixier', which is correct instead of the mis-spelling 'Ziehe am magisches Elixier' like before).
  • If the vines has been moved, this will be remembered correctly now. This is only valid to newly saved games, because earlier saved games doesn't remembet that. The 'Moved Vines' issue, plus the new internal Saved Games Browser requires to introduce a new Transylvania Savegames file format, just to display a picture that matches the current state of a saved game in the saved games browser, in case the current saved location changed its picture (like the cleaning, where an saucer will land later in the game).
  • A lot of other logical fixes.
  • Some earlier versions told you to tell Sabrina 'Follow me' to let her follow your way. This version now automatically let Sabrina follow your way without having to do something. The Apple II version forced you to 'Get Sabrina' to let her follow your way, in the DOS PC version princess Sabrina followed your way automatically.

New in Transylvania 5.2 (Jul 12, 2010)

  • Bugfix update depending inventory window in the size of 1600 pixels.

New in Transylvania 5.0 (Jun 14, 2010)

  • Appearance of the Inventory Window has been changed. It's a Sheet window now instead of a drawer window like before. This means, the Inventory Window will no longer be drawn to the site of the main window, so the given window size options can be used with smaller screen sizes now. For example, the 1600x1200 screen width option, which in fact use a width of 1300 pixels, can be set to screen size of 1440x960, now.
  • Flintlock Pistol word will be displayed in the Command Input Window now.
  • Drop Window will be displayed correctly.
