- Now allows for questions not to be graded.
- These questions behave very similarly to "Hand Graded" questions in that their results are reported but not graded.
- The chief difference is that the results page will no longer indicate that the test grade is not the complete grade, if this grading type is used in lieu of "Hand Graded".
- If both types are mixed the incomplete message is still given.

- The 'Clear' menu also works to delete items from the multiple choice list, when that list is selected.

- The following improvements are in regards to printed results of online quizzes.
- No longer truncates the printed results at the edge of the page. Previously some browsers would truncate the printed results.
- The content is now left aligned where appropriate and matches the on screen results more closely.
- Notices that a quiz needs saving if its settings are changed.
- No longer displays a time to finish warning if the quiz is already complete.

- Added a "Don't Report" reporting option. This hides the "Print" and/or "Email" buttons. Access this option in the "Reporting" tab of the "Quiz Settings"
- Added a "Timing" tab to the Quiz Settings. This provides facilities to time tests and report on elapsed time.
- Report Time Elapsed - Adds time elapsed to the quiz completion report.
- Display Time Elapsed/Remaing - This displays a timer visible to the test taker with the current time elapsed or remaning.
- Enforce Time Limit - This enforces a time limit on the tester. The test will automatically end after this limit.
- Give warning when x minutes are remaining - Allows teacher to give students a warning that their time is running out.
- Improved foreign language support - While this feature is by no means finished, advanced users can now edit a file called localization.xml to change the text of the web quiz's user interface (menus, buttons etc.). This file is generated whenever you use "Make Quiz".
- Now warns students if they leave the name field blank.

New in Quiz Press 2.3.1 (Dec 13, 2008)
- Fixed a problem caused by inserting a question using the + button and then immediately deleting it using the - button. Previously the wrong question would be deleted, now it deletes the question just added.
- Fixed a problem on Windows which could cause data loss on Windows for Cloze and Fill-In-the-Blanks questions when font or styling buttons were used. These buttons can't be used with these question types, and are now appropriately disabled.
