  • In Tab+Notation mode, the note corresponding to the number selected in the tablature is highlighted (and vice-versa).
  • The hand palette shows the strokes and fingerings attached to the selected note or marker.

New in TablEdit 2.73 (Feb 28, 2013)

  • Ability to add an Internet link in the Title Information dialog. The link is a text starting with "http://" The text following the link if any is used as description.
  • Behavior and appearance of the buttons in toolbar and palettes.
  • Displays the automatic duration in the first button of the Notes palette.
  • Exports the notes and a legend at the end of the ASCII file.
  • Fingerboard displays the shadow of the notes to be played and respects the duration of the notes being played back.

  • Enhanced Note Palette - Added Staccato, Ottave alta, Ottava bassa, Double dotted note.
  • Count Feature - Type [Ctrl]+[E] and select "?".
  • Track Window - Shows uncomplete bars in yellow and too filled bars in red.
  • Other Options - Some esotheric options are now accessible through "Options->Advanced->Others...".
  • Print Preview - several graphic file formats are now supported. It is possible to select one area with the mouse. Ability to configure the size of the exported image and its location on the disk.

  • Reading List - Ability to convert into a regular reading list the reading guides markers you have manually inserted in the tablature.
  • Secured Save - Ability to save the background bitmap with the file.

New in TablEdit 2.65 d8 (Feb 11, 2008)

  • PAGE MODE - now displays partial systems at the bottom of the screen and scroller is located on the right edge of the screen to move up and down the tab. To select "Page Mode" remove check mark from "MultiTrack" on "Options->General" or keep [Shift] held down when clicking on the "M" button.
  • MULTITRACK MODE - By default, all the modules share the same Tablature/Notation screen mode. You can, however, specify a different screen mode for a given module in the Multitrack tab. The specified screen mode will remain unchanged when changing the general screen mode of the tablature unless you make the change from within the module concerned.
  • CHOKE EFFECT - bend amounts other than 1/4 tone can be selected by Pressing [Shift] [>] to increase or [Shift] [] or [Shift] [
