  • Along with Dark Mode support, Spark now has better-organized Preferences menu that should help you find what you’re looking for faster: Account section has color coding for each account, Swipe Actions are better explained with nice visuals, Services just look better with the new design.
  • Fixed:
  • When opening Move, focus will be put inside search field to help you find the right folder without taking your hands off the keyboard. It’s a long time requested improvement and it’s finally here.
  • We’ve also brought back an option to automatically collapse older messages inside the thread. All of us have different preferences, so we added this option in Preferences -> General to let you choose the way you want Spark to behave.

New in Spark 2.0.12 (Sep 14, 2018)

  • Today's update brings a hotfix for the issue with Google sign-in.
  • Thank you to all who reached out at [email protected] and helped us track down the bug; without you, this fix would not have been possible.

New in Spark 2.0.11 (Sep 10, 2018)

  • Resolves a rare crash that could occur when a user comments on a Shared Draft that has been deleted;
  • Also on the Shared Drafts front, Spark now remembers the addresses in the To: field when replying to a Shared Draft;
  • Resolves instances where sending a chat message could change the "Received" date for an email thread;
  • For some email accounts, once a reminder set on a message fired, it did not always return the message to the Inbox;
  • If an email arrived whose body started with an image, Spark would tell you it had "No Content." We didn't mean to sound so judgmental;
  • Deleting the draft of a shared email sometimes removed the entire thread from your inbox. That doesn't happen anymore;
  • Reminders set on messages sent to people not using Spark would sometimes disappear after receiving a comment on that message from someone on your Team;
  • Spark now properly saves the full text of the search filter when creating a Smart Folder;
  • Those of you writing long (long!) comments may have seen the cursor disappear as you typed and typed and typed... Fixed that;
  • The badges in the sidebar showing the number of unread messages now update correctly;
  • Spell checking for the body of your message may have been turned off. Spark now turns it on by default. Not like you needed a spell checker, though;
  • After sharing a link to an email (did you know you could even do that? So cool...), the display of the message (but not the message itself) might sometimes disappear;
  • We've now added explanatory text to the Title field to help when creating a new event
  • If your timezone was set to Santiago, Chile, a day would sometimes disappear from the calendar (only in Spark, not in real life, thank goodness).

New in Spark 2.0.10 (Aug 22, 2018)

  • Fixes, Fixes, Everywhere:

  • Snooze Timer no longer gets stuck when your Mac goes into the Sleep Mode;
  • Mended an issue with the event duplicates in the team calendars;
  • Now details about all-day events in email invitations are displayed correctly;
  • Search suggestions no longer return broken or incorrect results for contacts.

  • All about the speed: now Spark runs much faster in the email composer with a huge amount of inline pictures;
  • Corrected a problem where Spark becomes unresponsive in some special scenario with contacts from the address book.

  • Meet a long-hoped-for feature that provides you with an ability to select the part of a thread to be saved or printed. You can now print entire thread history with details for CC, BCC and To fields. And hyperlinks will remain clickable inside saved PDFs.
  • One Day view. You can now stay focused with one day view of all your events. As an extra bonus, we also include weather forecast to let you know what you can expect from the weather.
  • Event creation from email. Whenever someone mentions a specific time for meeting in the email message, you can simply click on it and create an event without leaving your inbox.
  • Emojis for team comments. Express your emotions with emojis when you comment on email with your teammates.
  • Swipe actions for 3rd party integrations. You can now configure swipes to save emails to third-party services right from your inbox.
  • Expanded calendar shortcuts. For everyone out there who doesn’t like to take their hands off the keyboard, we added a whole new set of keyboard shortcuts to switch between your Inbox or calendar and more.
  • FIXED:
  • Got rid of “immortal” shared threads. In case you had one of those emails that wouldn’t get archived, now it will behave properly.
  • Resolved an issue occurring when you can’t quit Spark because of an infinite sync of the internal processes in the app.
