New in Sofortbild 1.5 (Jan 9, 2018)
- Under the hood, this is a major new version of Sofortbild, built on a modern 64-bit foundation, using new libraries supplied by Nikon. It adds support for all the latest Nikon DSLR camera model and the Nikon 1V3. It also supports macOS High Sierra, macOS Sierra and OS X El Capitan.
- On the downside, we can no longer support many older models, as Nikon no longer supplies libraries for those. Also, Sofortbild now requires OS X El Capitan or later, due to compatibility limitations of the Nikon libraries.
- We know there are issues with certain camera models under certain conditions. As we cannot possibly have and test all Nikon cameras, we decided to release this version now and try to further improve compatibility in upcoming releases.
New in Sofortbild 1.3 (Dec 22, 2014)
- Made Sofortbild compatible with the Mac OS X sandboxing security model.
- Added support for D600 and D5200. More to come with a future update…
- Fixes for D800/D800E.
- Please note that D3100 and D320 lack features necessary for remote control.
