  • Changed the Add Quantity to Inventory Tracker dialog to ask just for amount to be added rather than the new total quantity. If the Purchase Date is not the current date, you will be asked if you want to update the Date.
  • On Invoice Creator records that contain an amount in the % Tax field (from previous versions of the software) the new Set Tax Info button is hidden and that feature is disabled, so that the tax for that Invoice is calculated as it was before the update.
  • New Invoice Creator records now always use the new Set Tax Info feature.
  • Improvements to Invoice Creator's Reports
  • A new SN option has been added to the Set Tax Info window, so you can specify taxes to be added to the amounts in the Shipping and Notes fields.
  • Restored the Inventory Tracker Assembly Type which is used to create groups or packages of other items with special pricing.
  • Other minor improvements.

New in Small Business Tracker Deluxe 1.9.6 (Jun 4, 2012)

  • There is a new Suppress Restore Continue Dialogs option in the General section of the Preferences window, which allows the Restore Records process to proceed without any user interaction. If this option is not enabled you will be notified when the records have been restored to each component of the software.
  • A new option in the A&E Tracker Special Preferences window called Use last Stop time as the Start time for New records, suggests the End time on the previous record when you choose a Start time on a new record.

New in Small Business Tracker Deluxe 1.9.5.2 (May 7, 2012)

  • A minor import problem in Invoice Creator was fixed in v1.9.5.3/2.9.5.3. The following improvements apply to this new version and v1.9.5.2/2.9.5.2.
  • Invoice Headers and Footers and Custom Header data are now exported and restored to the Invoice printing window.
  • In Inventory Tracker you can now adjust the Quantity field by clicking the Add button above the Quantity field. You will be asked if you want to add a New Purchase or make a Quantity Adjustment. Adding a New Purchase checks for a different purchase price and enters some Notes about the purchase.
  • Added a new option menu to Expense Tracker which has the choices Tax Deductible, Not Deductible, and Depreciate. A list of Expenses to be Depreciated is now added to the end of a Tax Form Report.
  • Several other minor improvements.

  • You are now warned when Adding Quantity to Assemblies if any of the component items have less than zero inventory remaining.
  • Assemblies can now be added to Invoices
  • When Adding Quantity to Assemblies, the Purchase Date is used.

  • Added Address Format menu to Prefs and Contact Tracker. There are now more options for both the Zip Code and State or Province field labels. Addresses can now be formatted correctly in 12 different international formats. Applies to Mailing Lists, and Invoices in A&E Tracker and Invoice Creator.
  • Added an A4 Paper Size option for European users to the More Print Options in the Invoice Printing screen. Choosing the International Version in the Format section of Prefs, will also set the printing preference to A4.
  • Added two more Misc. fields to Contact Tracker for a total of four that you can use for any purpose.
  • Added the World Time Map to Contact Tracker. Look for the Area Codes & WTM button above the Notes field.
