New in Semulov 2.0 Beta (Jul 28, 2014)

  • Selecting a volume to unmount will only unmount that volume if its disk has other mounted volumes. If that volume is the only mounted volume, the disk will be ejected. Ejected disks, as before, only affect removable media such as certain thumb/flash drives and optical media.
  • There is a new disk menu layout that shows disks and their mountable partitions, similar to Disk Utility. This gives the ability to eject a whole disk with one click.
  • Eject All can now be assigned a keyboard shortcut.
  • "Block Mounts" feature allows for blocking of all mounting of volumes while Semulov is running.
  • Improved compatibility with Retina Macs
  • New Retina-compatible app icon

New in Semulov 1.4 Beta 1 (Jan 31, 2009)

  • No longer uses the DVDPlayback framework which was causing conflicts with DVD Player
  • Ejecting a volume is now done asynchronously
  • Fixed crash when ejecting an iDisk on Leopard
  • Fixed crash with Eject All

New in Semulov 1.3 (May 9, 2008)

  • The main new changes are improved sorting for hard drives, CDs, DVDs, disk images and WebDAV volumes.
  • For disk images, there is a Discard feature. Discarding a disk image lets you unmount the volume and delete the disk image, all in one click of the menu. Just hold down the Option key and the menu item will become available.
