Lots of fixes involving the crop tool. Fix 'use crosshair cursor' preference. Add ability to resize image to largest layer (preset). Add new filter 'Alpha To Gray' which is great for making cursors. General stability and performance improvements. The user guide is almost up to date with the latest features.

- This is a major update. It contains numerous performance enhancements. There is a complete refactor of the Core Image filter handling - resulting in a code size reduction of 90% - making these filters far easier to maintain. The code base has been converted to ARC, simplifying the ongoing development considerably, and should make things more reliable.
- There is a new filter "auto adjust" which is great for quickly fixing pictures (red eye, contrast, etc.)
- The text rendering should work on retina and other complex UI/screen setups.
