Sep 28, 2008- Updated to shell version 2.3.
New in SMS Plus 1.3.2 (Mar 3, 2008)
- Fixed issue where region setting in preferences was always ignored.
- YM2413 sound core preference was reversed. Fixed.
- YM2413 sound now works again. Note that you must have Domestic (Japanese) hardware enabled for this to work. Thanks to ZShock for the bug report.
- Updated to shell version 2.2.2. See "About the Shell" for changes.
