  • When you change a main prefix in the dxcc table using the EditDXCC.app it is not longer required to rework your logs, this will be done automatically now.
  • Make sure you have opened all your logs once with version 4.1 to make some changes on the database structure.
  • After that you can just change the main prefix in EditDXCC.app without any further action. Just reload the log into RUMlog.
  • EI4BZ confirmed a new island. (IOTA is always band independed)
  • 3DA was not confirmed in a Digi mode before.

  • Due to some further improvements this update is recommended to all users, but it is more interesting for the Europeans. All (central) european users are requested to announce missing (not confirmed) dxcc entities to Rolf, DL7VEE at the end of each year. Starting in 2008, an automatic analysis was created using a special file format. RUMlog can create this special file.

  • A failure in the ADIF import routine is fixed - introduced in 3.7.6
  • This bug may caused ADIF import problems and caused an incomplete LoTW/eQSL QSL import.
  • When you have used the LoTW or eQSL QSL import with 3.7.6 or 3.7.7, please read in the records again dated since 09-December-2008!
  • For the automatic download got to the RUMlog preferences below the LoTQ/eQSL tab and set the "Last QSL date" to "2008-12-01 00:00:00"

  • qrz.com has changed the databases and the web layout.
  • Search of the QSL database is currently not supported by RUMlog, the menu item is inactive.
  • Please reset your selection for qrz.com views below the "Maps" tab in the preferences. Please note, there are only two options available now.

New in RUMlog 3.7.6 (Dec 9, 2008)

  • A bug is fixed, which one allowed only 6 characters to be entered into the LoTW and eQSL password field in the preferences
  • A bug in the eQSL window is fixed. This one made it impossible to use the automatic download feature, when no LoTW access data were entered in the preferences.
  • ADIF import improvement: When a QSL record can not be imported into RUMlog, you will be informed about the reason.
