  • Hotfix: There was an issue with exporting prezis for presentation using macOS Sierra. We moved that mountain, and now users can create portable prezis as normal.

  • Notice: We released a notification that MacOS 10.9 will not be supported in the next release. If you’re using OS 10.9, please update your operating system.

  • Fixed: A bug found its way to the license handling, so some users couldn’t log in even with a valid license. We showed that bug to the door, so all Mac users with valid licenses should now be good to go.

  • Hot fix: Some missing fonts were causing the app to crash. We were bold and put those typefaces back in places.

  • Fixed: Backgrounds with SWF images sometimes appeared blown up when downloaded as a prezi for presentation (portable prezi). They should now be downloading to normal size.
  • Fixed: Popovers crashed on OSX 10.9, so we popped out this fix.

  • Fixed: We’ve fixed an assertive bug that was causing the app to crash. While we were at it, we’ve added diagnostic logs.

New in Prezi Classic 6.8.10 (Aug 12, 2016)

  • Fixed: There were some instances where splitting long network requests caused the app to crash. Breaking up is sometimes hard, but we came up with some algorithms that make it all work out smoothly and crash free.
  • Fixed: Some UI updates caused the app to freeze. We’ve burned those bugs.

New in Prezi Classic 6.8.9 (Jul 4, 2016)

  • New: We’ve made Prezi Desktop compatible with Mac OS Sierra, so now users can also move mountains with their great prezis without worrying about the app crashing.
  • Fixed The app crashed while saving a prezi and logging out or sometimes when closing the editor. We put it back in check.
  • Fixed: Some folders refused to be deleted, but now, if you want them gone, they’ll go.
  • Fixed: There was a little bug that changed the color in the sidebar. The colors are back to normal.

  • Fixed: There were some reports of PowerPoint content loss. We have fixed that issue, so now your slides should become prezis with ease.
  • Fixed: You should know exactly how many prezis that you have in your shared folder, so we have now fixed it so the right number shows up.
