  • Added support for the Pokémon TCG: Crown Zenith expansion.
  • Mewtwo V (BSP SWSH223): Users should now consistently be able to load this card asset.
  • Torracat (SIT #031): The effect of the Gritty Claws attack should no longer be affected by cards that remove or suppress the effects of an Ability, such as Hex Maniac and Canceling Cologne.
  • When a player's Active Pokémon and at least 1 of their Benched Pokémon would be Knocked Out by damage from a single attack, the client should no longer become nonresponsive if the Active Pokémon has an effect that would prevent it from being Knocked Out, such as Sturdy or Bide, and the player also has a card in play that prevents the effects of attacks done to their Pokémon, such as Big Parasol or Espeon VMAX.

  • Damage Pump (LOR #156): The UI no longer allows more than 2 damage counters to be chosen for movement while more than 2 Pokémon are in play. 
  • Forest Seal Stone (SIT #156): Star Alchemy is no longer affected by effects that remove Abilities on Pokémon in play, such as Path to the Peak (CRE #148, ASR #213).
  • Radiant Jirachi (SIT #120): Entrusted Wishes is no longer triggered if Radiant Jirachi is Knocked Out by damage from an opponent's attack while it is on the Bench.
  • The Pokémon tab of the View Deck window now displays V-UNION card pieces.

  • Added support for the Pokémon TCG: Sword & Shield—Silver Tempest expansion.
  • Aerodactyl VSTAR (LOR #093, 199): Ancient Star's effect no longer persists for the duration of the match if it is suppressed or Aerodactyl VSTAR is removed from play while either player has Enamorus V (LOR #082, 178, TG18) in play.
  • Alolan Muk (SUM #58): Power of Alchemy's effect no longer persists for the duration of the match if it is suppressed or Alolan Muk is removed from play while either player has Enamorus V (LOR #082, 178, TG18) in play.
  • Damage Pump (LOR #156): The player is now consistently given the ability to move only 1 damage counter.
  • Gift Energy (LOR #171): The client no longer becomes non-responsive after a Pokémon with Gift Energy attached and an effect that prevents the effects of an opponent's attack is Knocked Out by damage from an attack. The temporary ban has been removed from this card as a result of this fix.
  • Hisuian Electrode V (LOR #172): This card no longer appears in English in the Spanish game client.
  • Infernape V (BSP SWSH252): Morpeko V-UNION (BSP SWSH215-SWSH218) no longer appears in this card's expanded view screen.
  • Morpeko V-UNION (BSP SWSH215-SWSH218): Infernape V (BSP SWSH252) no longer appears in this card's expanded view screen.
  • Path to the Peak (CRE #148, ASR #213): This card's effect no longer persists for the duration of the match if it is removed from play while either player has Enamorus V (LOR #082, 178, TG18) in play.
  • Shedinja (VIV #066): The Shell Survival Ability now prevents this card from being put into play by Thorton (LOR #167, 195, 210).
  • Silent Lab (PRC #140): This card's effect no longer persists for the duration of the match if it is removed from play while either player has Enamorus V (LOR #082, 178, TG18) in play.
  • Sudowoodo (GRI #66, SV20): When Roadblock is disabled and becomes reactivated as a result of the opponent's Active Pokémon getting Knocked Out, the opponent is now given the opportunity to choose a new Active Pokémon before the effect of Roadblock reduces their Bench size to 4 Pokémon.

New in Pokémon TCG Online 2.92 (Sep 6, 2022)

  • Added support for the Pokémon TCG: Sword & Shield—Lost Origin expansion.
  • Solrock (CES #62): Sunbeam now consistently stacks with +HP effects on Lunatone.
  • Welder (UNB #189, 214): The card draw effect now occurs when Welder is used in conjunction with Eevee's Energy Evolution or Skiploom's Solar Energy.

New in Pokémon TCG Online 2.91 (Jul 27, 2022)

  • Radiant Eevee (BSP SWSH230): This card is now treated as a Radiant Pokémon for the purposes of deck construction.
  • Spirit Mask (EVS #160): Effects that disable Abilities should no longer prevent Spirit Mask's effect from triggering.
  • Trumbeak (LOT #165): Mountain Pass no longer only reveals the top card of the opponent's deck if that card is a Supporter.
  • The Elite Trainer Arceus Card Sleeves item no longer becomes permanently trade locked after receiving it from a trade.
  • This fix only applies to Elite Trainer Arceus Card Sleeves received in a trade after the release of version 2.91.0. We will be rolling out a separate fix in the coming weeks to address trade locked Elite Trainer Arceus Card Sleeves that were received in a trade prior to the release of version 2.91.0.

New in Pokémon TCG Online 2.90 (Jun 29, 2022)

  • Added support for the Pokémon TCG: Pokémon GO expansion.
  • The Pokémon GO expansion will be available in the game on June 30, 2022 starting at 10:00am PDT.
  • As with other previously released special expansions, such as Shining Fates and Celebrations, Pokémon GO booster packs will not be available in the in-game Shop for Trainer Tokens, or as gameplay rewards in Tournaments, Versus, or any other game mode.
  • Pyukumuku (UNB #53): Surprise Fist now does damage if an effect prevents Rock-Paper-Scissors from being played.
  • Additional bug fixes.

New in Pokémon TCG Online 2.89 (May 25, 2022)

  • Added support for the Pokémon TCG: Sword & Shield—Astral Radiance expansion.
  • Code cards from Sword & Shield—Astral Radiance products can be redeemed immediately.
  • Sword & Shield—Astral Radiance booster packs will be available for Trainer Tokens in the Shop starting May 27 at 10:00am PDT.
  • Attacks that ignore "any effects" on the opponent's Active Pokémon, such as Shred and G-Max One Blow, should now properly apply Weakness and Resistance to the damage done by that attack.
  • The Energy chosen to pay a Pokémon's Retreat Cost is no longer discarded before the Pokémon is moved to the Bench, rather than after.
  • Wartortle (UNB #34): Solid Shell no longer reduces damage done to Wartortle by 30, rather than by 20.
  • Additional bug fixes.

  • Sword & Shield—Brilliant Stars booster packs that contain a Trainer Gallery sub-set card, rather than a parallel foil card, no longer cause the display order of the parallel foil and Rare+ card slots to be swapped when the pack's contents are shown.
  • The basic Energy cards included in Sword & Shield—Brilliant Stars booster packs is now the newer design that was introduced with this expansion, rather than the original Sword & Shield design, rather than the newer design that was introduced with this expansion.

  • _____'s Pikachu (CEL Classic Collection): The English card image is no longer used in the Spanish game client.
  • Altaria (EVS #106): Tempting Tune now shuffles the deck if a Supporter card is not chosen during the deck search.
  • Arceus & Dialga & Palkia-GX (CEC #156, 220, 221, 258): The effect of Altered Creation GX is now consistently applied when the opponent's Pokémon is Knocked Out by damage from an attack that also does damage to the attacking Pokémon, such as Galarian Moltres V's Aura Burn and Coalossal's Wild Tackle, or by an effect on the Defending Pokémon that places damage counters on the attacking Pokémon.
  • Marowak (FCO #37): Bodyguard no longer prevents Marowak's owner from using the effect of some of their own Pokémon Tool and Special Energy cards that trigger when the Pokémon that card is attached to is Knocked Out by damage from an opponent's attack, such as Cursed Shovel, Billowing Smoke, Splash Energy, and Rescue Scarf.

  • UI and gameplay support added for the Pokémon VSTAR card type
  • Arceus & Dialga & Palkia-GX (CEC #156, 220, 221, 258): The effect of Altered Creation GX no longer ends if the card that used it is discarded from the Bench to increase the damage done by Tsareena V's Queen's Orders attack or Cofagrigus's Spirit Juggling attack.
  • Breloom V (FST #006): The amount of damage done to Breloom V by Inteleon VMAX's G-Max Spiral during the opponent's last turn is now added to the amount of damage done by Counter.
  • Cinderace VMAX (RCL #036, 194, SHF #019): The amount of damage done to Cinderace VMAX by Inteleon VMAX's G-Max Spiral during the opponent's last turn is now added to the amount of damage done by Counter.
  • Inteleon VMAX (FST #079, 266): G-Max Spiral should now consistently trigger Pokémon Tool cards that activate when a Pokémon takes damage from an attack or is Knocked Out by damage from an attack.
  • Jirachi {*} (CES #97): The effect of Silent Lab (PRC #140) is now removed from Jirachi {*} after it is put face down as a Prize card from the hand by another card's effect.
  • Phoebe (BST #130, 161, 175): This card's effect now allows Inteleon VMAX's G-Max Spiral attack to ignore damage prevention effects on the Defending Pokémon.
  • Shadow Rider Calyrex VMAX (CRE #075, 204, 205): If the Energy card attachment from Underworld Door fails due to Goodra's Slimy Room the player will no longer draw 2 cards.

New in Pokémon TCG Online 2.85 (Nov 14, 2021)

  • Added support for the Pokémon TCG: Sword & Shield—Fusion Strike expansion.
  • Code cards from Sword & Shield—Fusion Strike products can be redeemed in the game starting November 11 at 10:00am PST (6:00pm UTC).
  • Players who are already logged in to the game on November 11 between 9:45am and 10:00am PST may need to log out and back in before Sword & Shield—Fusion Strike cards and products are visible in their game client.
  • Sword & Shield—Fusion Strike booster packs will be available in the Shop starting November 12 at 10:00am PST.
  • Gourgeist (EVS #77): The prompt text for Pandemonium now matches the effect of the attack.
  • The Pokémon Star icon is no longer displayed next to the Celebrations Classic Collection option in the Expansion filter list.

New in Pokémon TCG Online 2.84 (Oct 7, 2021)

  • Added support for the Pokémon TCG: Celebrations expansion. This expansion will be available in the game on October 8 and will be legal for use in tournaments starting October 22.
  • As with previously released special expansions, Celebrations booster packs will not be available in the Shop.
  • Arctozolt (DAA #066): Whirlpool now functions if Arctozolt is put into play from the discard pile using Zoroark's (EVS #103) Phantom Transformation Ability.
  • Exeggcute (PLF #4, PLB #102): The once per turn restriction on Propagation is now properly reset when Exeggcute is returned to the hand.
  • Flygon (BCR #99): The fly-by text for Sand Slammer is now only displayed during Pokémon Checkup while Flygon is in the Active Spot.
  • Flygon (BCR #99): Sand Slammer no longer triggers when Flygon is moved from the Bench to the Active Spot during Pokémon Checkup.
  • Jumpluff (EVS #004): Fluffy Barrage now functions if Jumpluff is put into from the deck using Skiploom's (LOT #13) Floral Path to the Sky Ability.
  • Ribbon Badge (EVS #155): This card's effect no longer triggers when the Sylveon it is attached to is Knocked Out by the effect of an attack.
  • Attack effects that allow extra Prize cards to be taken when a Pokémon is Knocked Out are no longer blocked by effects that prevent the effects of attacks.
  • Abilities that prevent damage from attacks and/or effects of attacks should no longer generate flyby text containing the Ability's name in situations where that effect is not relevant.
  • The client's screen resolution should no longer reset to 1680x1050 between sessions for macOS Catalina users who are running the game in windowed mode.

New in Pokémon TCG Online 2.83 (Sep 10, 2021)

  • The 2022 Standard format rotation has been applied.
  • Added support for the upcoming Pokémon V-UNION card mechanic.
  • Spirit Mask (EVS #160): After a Pokémon with Spirit Mask attached is Knocked Out the client should no longer become non-responsive for both players if that Pokémon is also the source an effect that prevents effects of their opponent's attacks.
  • Vaporeon VMAX (EVS #030): Bubble Pod no longer allows Pokémon BREAK and Pokémon LEGEND half cards to be chosen.
  • The prompt for moving Energy from a Knocked Out Active Pokémon to a Benched Pokémon now properly increases the size of the Knocked Out Pokémon and highlights the Energy that can be moved.
  • Energy cards are now consistently added to a deck when the Add button is clicked while in Expanded View mode.

New in Pokémon TCG Online 2.82 (Aug 26, 2021)

  • Added support for the Pokémon TCG: Sword & Shield—Evolving Skies expansion. This expansion will be available in the game for code redemption on August 26 and in the Shop on August 27. Sword & Shield—Evolving Skies will be legal for use in tournaments starting September 9.
  • Cubone (TM #60): Marowak cards in the discard pile are now consistently counted for the effect of Lonely Bone.
  • Kingdra (BST #033): Deep Sea King now allows any amount of {W} Energy to be moved to Kingdra if the Knocked Out Pokémon had no basic {W} Energy attached.
  • Struggle Gloves (DAA #171): Struggle Gloves now consistently increases attack damage if the attacking Pokémon has Weakness to the opponent's Active Pokémon.
  • Players should no longer experience a temporary drop in FPS when a Pokémon with a high amount of Energy attached is Knocked Out.

New in Pokémon TCG Online 2.81 (Jul 21, 2021)

  • Celebi V (CRE #007, 160): Leaflet Dance is now consistently affected by effects that prevent Energy cards from being attached to a Pokémon from the hand.
  • Cherrim (BST #008, BSP SWSH088): Spring Bloom is now consistently affected by effects that prevent Energy cards from being attached to a Pokémon from the hand.
  • Entei (BST #020): Heat Dash is now consistently affected by effects that prevent Energy cards from being attached to a Pokémon from the hand.
  • Frosmoth (SSH #064, RCL #204, SHF #030, SV034, BSP SWSH007): Ice Dance is now consistently affected by effects that prevent Energy cards from being attached to a Pokémon from the hand.
  • Galarian Chestplate (CRE #141): The effect no longer reduces damage that the Galarian Pokémon does to itself with its attacks.
  • Kricketune (CEC #14): Damage from Improvisational Performance is now affected by Wide Lens (ROS #95).
  • Shadow Rider Calyrex VMAX (CRE #075, 204, 205): Underworld Door is now consistently affected by effects that prevent Energy cards from being attached to a Pokémon from the hand.
  • Venomoth (PHF #2): A player affected by Dizzying Wind can no longer play more than 1 Stadium card from their hand during their turn.
  • Cards featuring a shiny Pokémon in their art should now consistently appear when the Shiny Pokémon filter is enabled.
  • Packaging images have been updated for Black & White and XY series expansions that have 2 separate 5-card booster pack items in the Collection. Each 10-card and 5-card booster pack now has a unique packaging image to help players better differentiate between these items when making or accepting trade offers. This change affects booster packs from the following expansions: Black & White—Next Destinies, Black & White—Dark Explorers, Black & White—Dragons Exalted, Black & White—Boundaries Crossed, Black & White—Plasma Storm, Black & White—Plasma Freeze, Black & White—Plasma Blast, XY, XY—Flashfire, XY—Furious Fists, XY—Phantom Forces, and XY—Primal Clash.
  • Booster packs from the Black & White, Black & White—Emerging Powers, and Black & White—Noble Victories expansions have never been made available to players in a 5-card configuration, so they have been removed from the game to further reduce player confusion.

New in Pokémon TCG Online 2.80 (Jun 17, 2021)

  • Added support for the Pokémon TCG: Sword & Shield—Chilling Reign expansion. This expansion will be available in the game for code redemption on June 17 and in the Shop on June 18. Sword & Shield—Chilling Reign will be legal for use in tournaments starting July 2.
  • Celebi-EX (BCR #9, 141): The Time Recall Ability is no longer disabled for every Pokémon in play when the most recently played Pokémon with that Ability is returned to the hand.
  • Dimension Valley (PHF #93): {P} Pokémon played from the hand after Dimension Valley is put into play now have their attack costs reduced by {C}.
  • Empoleon V (BST #040, 145, 146): Emperor's Eyes no longer affects Pokémon in the discard pile.
  • Koga's Trap (UNB #177, 211, HIF #59): This card can now be played while the opponent's Active Pokémon has an effect that prevents it from being affected by Special Conditions, or while the opponent's Active Pokémon is affected by a Poisoned or Confused effect that places more than the normal amount of damage counters.
  • Machamp (PLB #49): Badge of Discipline no longer causes {F} Weakness to be applied to damage done to the opponent's Benched Pokémon.
  • Orbeetle (BST #065): The correct foil effect now appears on this card in the French game client.
  • Shining Celebi (BSP SM79): The Time Recall Ability is no longer disabled for every Pokémon in play when the most recently played Pokémon with that Ability is returned to the hand.
  • Struggle Gloves (UNM #213): The additional damage effect is no longer applied if the Pokémon that Struggle Gloves is attached to has no Weakness due to an attached Weakness Guard Energy (UNM #213, 258).
  • Zygarde (VIV #093): Core Avenger no longer ignores the effect of Black Market {*} (TEU #134).
  • All cards that have the League logo on them should now appear when the League filter option is enabled.
  • The names of the Random Standard Booster and Random Expanded Booster reward items is now correct in the Dutch, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, and Swedish game clients.

New in Pokémon TCG Online 2.79 (Apr 28, 2021)

  • Chaotic Swell (CEC #187): An extraneous reveal animation no longer occurs after a Stadium played by the opponent is discarded by the effect of Chaotic Swell.
  • Ingo & Emmet (TEU #144, 176): The animation for the second effect no longer shows the cards being drawn from the top of the deck, rather than the bottom.
  • Looker (UPR #126, 152): The animation no longer shows the cards being drawn from the top of the deck, rather than the bottom.
  • Protection Cube (FLF #95): Self-damaging attacks should no longer cause Protection Cube to prevent damage from the next attack by the opponent's Pokémon done to the Pokémon that has Protection Cube attached.
  • Psychic's Third Eye (BKP #108): The chosen cards are now discarded and the appropriate number of cards are now drawn.
  • Retreating a Pokémon that has multiple Special Energy cards attached that provide 2 or more Energy each now consistently allows you to choose which Energy to discard for the Retreat Cost.

  • Added support for the Pokémon TCG: Sword & Shield—Battle Styles expansion. This expansion will be available in the game for code redemption on March 18 and in the Shop on March 19. Sword & Shield—Battle Styles will be legal for use in tournaments starting April 2.
  • Banette-GX (CES #66, 157, 174, SV61): While Sky Field (ROS #89) is in play the Pokémon on the far right side of the opponent's Bench can now be consistently chosen when using Shady Move.
  • Chandelure (GRI #13): While Sky Field (ROS #89) is in play the Pokémon on the far right side of the opponent's Bench can now be consistently chosen when using Shady Move.
  • Cleffa (BSP HGSS12): This card's image is now consistently the same quality in all game client language settings.
  • Cobalion (BSP BW72): This card's Portuguese card image is no longer used in the Spanish game client.
  • Dusknoir (BCR #63, PLB #104): While Sky Field (ROS #89) is in play the Pokémon on the far right side of the opponent's Bench can now be consistently chosen when using Sinister Hand.
  • Terrakion (BSP BW71): This card's Portuguese card image is no longer used in the Spanish game client.
  • Virizion (BSP BW70): This card's Portuguese card image is no longer used in the Spanish game client.
  • Pausing or shifting focus away from the game client while a coin is being flipped should no longer cause the flip result to remain presented on the screen until another coin flip occurs.

  • Added support for the Pokémon TCG: Shining Fates expansion. This expansion will be available in the game on February 19 and will be legal for use in tournaments starting March 5. Shining Fates booster packs will not be available in the Shop.
  • Alolan Raichu (TK #17, 30, BSP SM65): The Electric Surfer attack name is now consistently localized in the French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Portuguese game clients.
  • Armored Mewtwo (BSP SM228): This card's name is now consistently localized in the French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Portuguese game clients.
  • Espeon (DEX #48): While Solar Revelation is active, attaching a Special Energy card with a coming into play effect from the hand to one of your Pokémon should no longer cause that effect to resolve twice.
  • Galarian Mr. Rime (RCL #038): While Screen Cleaner is active, attaching a Special Energy card with a coming into play effect from the hand to one of your Pokémon should no longer cause that effect to resolve twice.
  • Glimwood Tangle (DAA #162): This card now functions properly with Pokémon that have the Omega Barrage Ancient Trait.
  • Greninja-GX (BSP SM197): This card's Ability and attack button text is now properly localized in the French game client.
  • Incineroar V (CPA #008): Expanded View no longer shows that Incineroar V can be evolved into Cranidos (UPR #64) and then Rampardos (UPR #65).
  • Karrablast (DAA #008): Continuous Headbutt now properly triggers a coin flip.
  • Lillie's Poké Doll (CEC #196, 267): This card's name is now consistently localized in the French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Portuguese game clients.
  • Magearna-EX (STS #75, 110, BSP XY175): While Mystic Heart is active, attaching a Special Energy card with a coming into play effect from the hand to one of your Pokémon should no longer cause that effect to resolve twice.
  • Smeargle (UD #8, CL #21): Removing Smeargle from play after using Portrait to copy a Supporter that puts a persistent effect on one or both players should no longer cause that effect to end immediately.
  • Wishiwashi (CEC #62, 240): Wishiwashi should no longer become Knocked Out when Scatter triggers while it has 18 or more damage counters on it and a card is attached that increases its maximum HP.
  • Screen name changes are now consistently reflected in the Friends list.

New in Pokémon TCG Online 2.76 (Dec 17, 2020)

  • Beast Ball (CES #125): The Prize card shuffle animation no longer shows them being returned to the deck.
  • Cinderace VMAX (RCL #36, 194): Counter will no longer do increased damage if Cinderace VMAX leaves play after taking damage from an attack during the opponent's last turn and is then put back into play on it's owner's turn.
  • Exeggutor (HS #18): Energy Absorption no longer requires the maximum amount of available Energy to be chosen.
  • Gladion (CIN #95, 109): The Prize card shuffle animation no longer shows them being returned to the deck.
  • Jellicent (NXD #35): Vengeful Wish will no longer do damage if Jellicent leaves play after taking damage from an attack during the opponent's last turn and is then put back into play on it's owner's turn.
  • Magnezone (PLS #47): Double Assist can now attach Energy cards to the Active or Benched Pokémon.
  • Pidgeot-EX (EVO #64, 104): Mirror Move will no longer do damage if Pidgeot-EX leaves play after taking damage from an attack during the opponent's last turn and is then put back into play on it's owner's turn.
  • Rufflet (DRX #111): Chirp no longer allows Pokémon LEGEND pieces to be chosen.
  • Sudowoodo (LOT #110): Reply Strongly will no longer do increased damage if Sudowoodo leaves play after taking damage from an attack during the opponent's last turn and is then put back into play on it's owner's turn.
  • The Masked Royal (CES #139): This card no longer ignores effects that prevent a Pokémon from having Energy cards attached to it from the hand.
  • Victini V (SSH #025): Spreading Flames no longer requires the maximum amount of available {R} Energy to be chosen.
  • Wailord V (CPA #013): Draw Up no longer requires the maximum amount of available {W} Energy to be chosen.
  • Welder (UNB #189, 214): This card no longer ignores effects that prevent a Pokémon from having Energy cards attached to it from the hand.
  • Zinnia (DRM #64, 70): This card no longer ignores effects that prevent a Pokémon from having Energy cards attached to it from the hand.
  • Deck stats should now be consistently updated after each match.
  • Emote text codes typed into search fields should no longer be rendered as the emote image, rather than being treated as plain text.
  • When both players mulligan, the first player to draw a Basic Pokémon is now consistently shown the opponent's previous opening hands before to choosing their Active Pokémon.

New in Pokémon TCG Online 2.75 (Nov 11, 2020)

  • Added support for the Pokémon TCG: Sword & Shield—Vivid Voltage expansion. This expansion will be available in the game for code redemption on November 12 and in the Shop on November 13. Sword & Shield—Vivid Voltage will be legal for use in tournaments starting November 27.
  • Barraskewda (RCL #053): Spiral Jet now does the correct amount of damage.
  • Charizard (EVO #11): Energy Burn now affects Energy that is already in play when Charizard is put into play.
  • Hydreigon (NVI #79, NXD #103): Dark Aura now affects Energy that is already in play when Hydreigon is put into play.

  • Battle Compressor (PHF #92): This card can no longer be played while there are 0 cards remaining in the deck.

  • Thundurus-EX (PLF #38, 110, BSP BW81): The attack button for the Raiden Knuckle attack now has the correct translation for the attack name in the German and Spanish clients.

  • Effects that Knock Out a Pokémon regardless of its remaining HP, such as Mismagius's (UNB #78) Mysterious Message and Rampardos's (UPR #65) Wild Crash attack, no longer place enough damage counters on the affected Pokémon to reduce its HP to 0 before it is removed from play, rather than just removing it from play.

  • Slaking (CES #115): The effect of Lazy now consistently ends if Slaking leaves play while another Pokémon with an Ability suppression effect is in play.
  • Turtonator-GX (BUS #18, 131, 148): Damage counters from Shell Trap's retaliation effect are no longer placed before all effects of the triggering attack are resolved.
  • Wobbuffet (PR #XY155): Damage counters from Right Back at You's retaliation effect are no longer placed before all effects of the triggering attack are resolved.
  • Attack effects that remove the attacking Pokémon from play are no longer processed after the game resolves any Knock Outs that occur due to the attack's damage, rather than before.
  • Cards removed from the attacking Pokémon to meet the requirement of an optional "if you do" attack effect are no longer removed before damage is calculated and applied to the Defending Pokémon, rather than after.
  • Cards selected for an attack that lets the player choose "any amount" of that card type to be moved to or removed from the attacking Pokémon are no longer moved/removed before damage is calculated and applied to the Defending Pokémon, rather than after.
  • A Pokémon copying the GX attack of a TAG TEAM Pokémon-GX should no longer be able to use the bonus effect of that attack without having the required type or amount of additional Energy attached.
  • The effects of the various Fairy Charm cards are now properly ignored by attacks whose damage is not affected by effects on the Defending Pokémon.
  • When a deck contains both foil and non-foil copies of a card the Print button no longer generates a deck list with the quantities of the non-foil copies only.
  • After logging out of the game, logging in with a different account without first closing and relaunching the client should no longer cause the original account's avatar to appear on the match loading screen and during gameplay.

  • Teammates (PRC #141, 160): This card can no longer be played after a Pokemon is Knocked Out between turns by an effect or Special Condition.
  • Venusaur (SLG #3): Effects that disable Abilities on Basic Pokemon should no longer prevent Jungle Totem from consistently affecting basic (G) Energy attached to a Basic Pokemon, regardless of whether than Pokemon has an Ability.
  • Weavile (BUS #86): Klefki (STS #80), Electrode (EVO #40), and Shedinja (LOT #95) in the discard pile should no longer be treated as in play when doing damage for Rule of Evil if they were attached to a Pokemon when it was Knocked Out.

  • Gems have been retired as a digital currency. Upon log-in, unspent Gems will be automatically converted into 1 tradable Sun & Moon—Lost Thunder digital booster pack per 100 Gems, rounded up, plus 2 Trainer Tokens per Gem.
  • Resolved an issue which caused some older accounts to get stuck in the Deck Manager tutorial.

  • Jirachi Prism Star (CES #97): The effect of Wish Upon a Star is no longer prevented by Alolan Muk's Power of Alchemy Ability.
  • Kahili (LOT #179, 210): The coin flip animation now consistently plays after cards are drawn.
  • M Sceptile-EX (AOR #8, 85): Jagged Saber now properly allows up to 2 (G) Energy to be attached.
  • Manaphy-EX (BKP #32, 116): Aqua Tube now consistently recognizes Splash Energy (BKP #113), Double Aqua Energy (DCR #33), and Double Dragon Energy (ROS #97) as providing (W) Energy while attached.
  • Trumbeak (LOT #165): This card now properly appears in the Collection, Deck Manager, or Trade when the Ability filter is enabled.
  • Zebstrika (LOT #82): Sprint can now be used when there are no cards in the hand.
  • The Worlds 2014 deck box now appears with the correct image on the playmat.
