  • INTRODUCING LEAD & OPPORTUNITY FITNESS:
  • There are crucial data and records that apply to each of your sales leads and opportunities.
  • We have brought together several different parameters to indicate an opportunity's fitness. Here is how these parameters, along with color coding, are utilized:
  • Green: Looking Good! or Fit - There are activities scheduled related to this opportunity, AND There are no overdue tasks related to this opportunity, AND The opportunity is on target to close on time.
  • Yellow: Pay Attention! or Attention - There are no scheduled activities related to this opportunity BUT the opportunity is on target to close on time.
  • Red: Take Action! or Action - The closing date is overdue, OR There is an overdue task related to this opportunity.
  • The Fitness feature can be seen throughout Pipeliner CRM. It is part of Opportunity Detail, the Pipeline and Bubble Chart views, where opportunities are shown against time, and many other places.
  • REPORTS ENHANCEMENTS:
  • Reporting is a vitally important part of Pipeliner CRM, and we program it to be available to all users, without having to resort to a CRM administrator or specialist. Within each release we want to make it even more useful for the users.
  • Within this release you can find following enhancements:
  • Columns Coloring - You can now pick from one of eight predefined colors and use it as a fill color for a particular column in your report. Make the column that needs to stand-out more visible for you and your users.
  • Freeze Panes - This feature allows you to lock a row or column in place, making it always visible when scrolling vertically or horizontally through the report.
  • Expanding Long Text Fields - As we made the reports more compact, we needed to solve the issue how to make long text fields visible within the reports without having to click into the record to read it. With this release you can simple click on the "Expand" button to read the details of a long description field directly inside the report.
  • We also made some minor design changes to standard reports to make them more readable and fix a couple of small bugs.
  • OTHER ENHANCEMENTS:
  • Global Search - We separated the "Accounts/Contacts" and "Leads/Opportunities" within the global search overview page into its dedicated record types search results.
  • In-App Notifications - We optimized in-app notifications for Emails to include information about the sender.
  • Power Panel - You can now see the ownership of the profiles that are shared with you. This way you can find the user who can edit or delete the shared profile.
  • List Views - We added a new way you can interact with records within the "List" view. Simply find the record you would like to work with in the list, and on the very end of the record you can use action items--for example, "open the record."
  • Reminders - We have made reminders more visible in the application. In Navigator, you can now see the iconic representation of the reminder next to the activity. This way you can review and check so that you do not miss any reminders on your sales activities.
  • Feeds - Within the feed section you can view emails. With this release you can filter out emails with attachments in case you are searching for a particular email with attached documents from your customer.
  • Many other small enhancements and tweaks that make your work with Pipeliner CRM more smooth.
  • BUG FIXES:
  • We fixed the issue of not accepting "," as a character within numeric based fields.

  • In this version we have greatly enhanced our powerful Performance Insights feature, through which we empower sales managers with real sales performance management including:
  • Power Panel - the Performance Insights Power Panel enables Pipeliner CRM's powerful filter functionality to be applied to Performance Insights. Filter in or out your own statistics, or those of your team.
  • Collaborative Conversions - for all users collaborating within a sales process, including SDRs, BDRs and salespeople, Collaborative Conversions maps a visual overview of success rates for the entire team.
  • Life Cycle - The Performance Insights Life Cycle feature provides a view on the time (in days) required to close an opportunity by your team members. By user or unit, Life Cycle tracks the time leads and opportunities remain in the system.
  • IN-APP NOTIFICATIONS:
  • Through the Notification Center, you receive notifications about new data added to leads, opportunities, contacts, accounts or activities with which you are associated.
  • You are notified when existing data is updated, when emails are received, when documents are uploaded, or when another user sends you a message.
  • Simply click on any lead, opportunity, contact, account, activity within a notification to dive in and obtain more information.
  • You are informed of new notifications through the bell icon at the top right of Pipeliner. Click on the bell to go right to the Notification Center.
  • DYNAMIC ACTIVITIES:
  • As with many other Pipeliner CRM features, all types of sales activities—including tasks and events—are now fully customizable with a broad variety of custom fields and forms.
  • You can also create unassigned activities—tasks waiting to be done. This functionality is especially useful when connecting activities with third party tools. For example, you can connect a zendesk support ticket to a task in Pipeliner CRM, and inform your customer success manager about the issue or issues your customer is faced with. Any update of the zendesk ticket is reflected immediately in the Pipeliner CRM task status.
  • SMALL ENHANCEMENTS:
  • Global Search Revamp - we revamp the global search to make it much clearer and faster to search for the data you are looking for. We introduce the Global Search Overview Screen where you can focus on searching and not get distracted by other parts of the application.
  • Inactive Users - In order to make your work with data much easier you can now visually see the difference between active and inactive users. An inactive user is a user that is not anymore using Pipeliner CRM (e.g. former employee) and still owns some data.
  • Follow-ups Activities - You can now create any type of activity as a follow-up activity e.g. you want to create a follow-up appointment on the task you have finished.
  • Velocities and Sales Activities - Added the velocity issues and sales activities statuses to the sales step within bubble chart with descriptive tooltip information about its details.
  • Accounts Compact View - update the calculation of the “Accounts of the same industry” within the Accounts Compact View. The calculation is now changed to show you the top accounts of the same industry according to the won value of their won opportunities.
  • Google Integration - Ability to sync all contacts to Google not just those you own. You can now setup the preference if you would like to one-way to sync contacts from Pipeliner CRM to Gmail Contacts List including those you own or you have access rights.
  • Other Improvements:
  • Minor changes and fixes for the import to make the import more convenient to use.
  • Minor changes and fixes for the reports column names to appropriate match the name within the field selection and report visuals.

  • With Pipeliner CRM you can create pivot reports. A pivot table is an advanced method for comparing data and sharpening insights across multiple data sets. The pivot table in Pipeliner CRM enables you to summarize your field values into the spreadsheet in order to give a better overview of the sales data.
  • With the Chronology release you can add multiple rows and columns to the pivots and now we are bring the summarisation of subgroups. (See the various multiple level pivot reports you can now create)

  • Introducing New Sales Step Quick-Views:
  • There is crucial data that applies to each of your sales steps. As with many other Pipeliner features, we have reduced it to a powerful, visual simplicity with the Sales Step Quick View.
  • Open vs. Lost--showing you the total value of the deals in that stage, as well as the value of deals that have been lost in that stage.
  • Drop-Off Rate--Shows you the average percentage of deals that drop off in this stage.
  • Average Days in Step--Shows you how long a deal is remaining in that sales step.
  • Ready to Move--Shows you the number of deals that are ready to move to the next sales step.
  • You also have the number of velocity issues, and can click through and see those. Additionally, for Lead stages the Quick View shows Open vs. Lost, the Drop-Off Rate, and Average Days in Step, so you can know at a glance at how well your leads are progressing. For your “Won” stage, you can see the total value as well as the number of won opportunities, the success rate, and the average days in the pipeline for won opportunities. This gives you a great insight into the effectiveness of your overall pipeline.

  • Recurring Tasks:
  • One of the most asked for and voted ideas in our idea forum is recurring tasks. For that reason we are super excited to announce that with the this release of Pipeliner CRM, you are able to set up the recurring tasks.
  • Recurring tasks are directly related to the due date of the tasks themselves. When you complete a recurring task, the entry will roll to the next date you’ve selected.
  • When creating recurring tasks, the time expression has two main parts:
  • Recurrence Pattern - or the dates when the task is recurring.
  • Recurrence Duration
  • Start date – When the recurring tasks should start to recur.
  • End date – When the recurring tasks should be stopped.
  • Activities 1:N:
  • Activity 1:N allows you to link the same activity to multiple accounts, one or more opportunities or anywhere it applies.
  • Link a single activity to multiple leads, opportunities, accounts or contacts.
  • Filter your activities according to the linked items.
  • Run a report to view which activity has multiple records assigned.
  • and many more tweaks related to the activities 1:N.
  • Appointment Planner:
  • The most critical tasks when scheduling appointment with your prospects or customers is to find suitable times for appointments with your customers.
  • Most of the time you have had to go a different tool to find appropriate time. With this release of Pipeliner CRM Continuity, you do not need to leave Pipeliner CRM at all in order to find the best time across all time zones.
  • The appointment planner is a tool that is directly integrated to Pipeliner CRM desktop application. The appointment planner tool enables you to find the best time across time zones when scheduling appointments with your prospects or customers.
  • Small Enhancements:
  • Insights - Conversions:
  • We have added another new tab to the Team Performance Insights feature called "Conversions".
  • Conversions enables you to see the sales conversions stats in the period of time e.g. you would like to see how many leads a sales rep needed to close 5 won opportunities within a specific time range.
  • Auto Number Field:
  • Ability to use a new custom field "Auto Number Field" that uses an expression in a text field (like the validation formula) to set a counter that incremented by a definable number (e.g. by 1 or 10 or whatever) every time a new record was created.
  • Even More Activities Improvements:
  • Ability to set default reminder on the task with due date.
  • Ability to set default appointment duration.
  • Quick filter data without scheduled activities e.g. you want to filter out only the sales opportunities that do not have any scheduled activity.
  • Call Task-based activity cannot be removed. This is due to the brand-new feature on the Pipeliner CRM Mobile version where you can now log all your outbound calls.
