  • The new Lock Duration setting lets you adjust the strictness of OneFocus to suit your needs. For example if you need to be able to respond to interruptions you can set it to a low value like 1 minute. Then when something comes up you can delete active blocks in the schedule window and only have to wait 1 minute for that to take effect.
