Jun 20, 2016- [New] Each coin can now have its own row background color.

- [Opt] No longer updates the main coin list while adding new coins. The main list will now only update when the add coin window is closed.
- [Opt] No longer rebuild entire list on an edit, unless the coin type changed. Much faster on large DBs. However, if the list is being sorted by date and the date changes, the list will no longer resort until the user click on the sort option again.

- Fixed a memory leak, due to pictures, that occurs switching to/from the collection list
- Improved the performance of many of the drawing routines.
- Moved the routine that reads the images from the DB into a thread. This will help the app at least feal a bit more responsive.
- No longer stores a BMP/Pict of the images in the DB, instead it stores the image as supplied by the user.
- Now creates a cache of the preview images in the users pref folder.
- When adding/editing a coin, the value field now handles the $ sign correctly.
- Pictures can now be drag-n-dropped on the add/edit coin form.
- Fixed a bug where the Remove Picture menu would popup when adding a row, even though the picture was already removed.
