  • Side-by-side calendars:
  • You can view up to three calendars side by side in Outlook for Mac. These calendars can be your calendar folders or calendars that are shared with you. When you select an additional calendar in the navigation pane, it is displayed in side-by-side mode instead of the overlay mode. You can use the organize ribbon button or the arrow icon on the tab to move the new calendar or to change the whole view to overlay mode. You can select a calendar by using the tab or the tab header to take additional actions such as creating an appointment or changing the default calendar color. Note: You must have permission to another user's calendar before you can open it in side-by-side or overlay mode in Outlook for Mac.
