  • Feature - Dragging the mouse to copy to the clipboard now uses a Rectanglar Marquee, which allows you to copy only the text you want from the screen.
  • This is the default method now.
  • If you like the standard Mac OS copying method, you can uncheck "Rectangular Marquee" under the Capture Menu.
  • Also, regardless of the copying method you choose, you can temporarily reverse it by holding down the Command Key when you drag the mouse.
  • And the Capture sound has been changed to a more pleasant and quieter sound.
  • If you had this option turned off, you might want to turn it back on.
  • Select Screen Capture Sound from the Capture Menu.
  • Note that you can also do a Command C to copy the screen.
  • Fix - Crash when opening new window with Unix shell connection.
  • Fix - Repair corrupted Fkey Settings file that could cause MacWise settings to be corrupted.

  • Feature - Added �Use SLnet options with Kermit� to the Preferences window.
  • This lets you use Kermit to log into hosts that are using Seattle Lab's SLnet telnet server. This option should not be enabled if your host is not using SLnet.
  • Kermit file transfers may not start if this option is set incorrectly.
  • Feature - Added ? help icon in the Preferences Window. When you click on this icon, you get a help window explaining all of the preferences options.
  • Fix - If you double clicked on a function key and changed the title, the change would not be remembered. This problem was introduced in version 11.15

  • Was getting a file error with Permissions error statement if the Carnation Software Prefs folder did not exist. Also, that folder and the MacWise Prefs folder would not be created if it did not exist. Consequently, none of your settings would be remembered when you quit. You would not get this error if you had already installed MacWise 10.9 or earlier.
  • None of the document icons were working. Now, the Phone icon, QuickDial icon, Fkey icon and Settings icons work.
  • Was getting File Error File in Use by another application if you turned capture on without making a new capture file first.

  • Fix- Changed the default in Telnet Connection... to Use the TC Shell to Login. When this option is enabled, it can prevent connection closed by Foreign Host during login or the host not recognizing your terminal type.
  • Fix - When you changed colors and clicked OK, you would get a thin vertical line next to the scroll bar that was the color of the previous screen.
  • Fix - If you selected Video Attribute Colors from the Emulate Menu and clicked OK, the MacWise window would dissapear and become 100% transparent. But if you selected Colors from the Window Menu, there was no problem. Both OK now.

  • Fix - If you canceled out of Open Document... you would get an error.

  • Fix - Auto Nopage for Host-To-Mac Transfers was not being saved upon quit.
