What's new in MPC Maid Beta

- This beta release fixes several bugs that have been reported (especially the issues about sample files names too long or considered too long).
- Adds Remove Sample button, a Remove All Sample feature, and an option to create chromatic multisamples from a consistently named set of sample files.
- There is also a way to copy settings from one pad to every other pad.
- Finally, it also provides an automatic way to create programs for every sample file in a tree of directories.
