- Added autogen.sh.
- Ignore the file RegressionTests.
- Do not adjust display precision when parsing a pricing entry.
- If '[TEXT]' found in a transaction note fails to parse as a date, ignore it.
- When printing lot dates, never include a time.
- Permit date_t to be constructed by a datetime_t.
