- Using a new costum theming mechanismn without overrideing private system classes.

- If available, a instrument-menu can be accessed via right-click on the instrument-settings button in the window titlebar.
- Spectrum Analyzer Snapshots: snapshots of a spectrum can be made via the new Create Snapshots commend in the Spectrum Analyzer instrument-menu.
- SPL Data Server (HTTP):
- On machines running 10.8 and above, LAMA has the ability to spawn a HTTP server and serve Live-SPL-data to be viewed via every web-browser. This is working stable, but the delivered data format is subject to change until some more feedback from out in the wild is collected. Setup and customiztion requires some knowledge in HTML coding, to get started a article is availble on the LAMA homepage.

- Data Export: Spectrum Analyzer and Transfer Analyzer can export measurement data as CSV file. The existing data export of the SPL Logs Window has been adapted. SPL Log Data can be exported from the SPL Instrument directly (when logging for more than one minute). Data export functions are accessible in the instrument menu.

- Sandbox: LAMA runs as a sandboxed application.
- Instrument Pause: certain instruments are allowed to be paused.
- Instrument Menu: every instrument populates a menu in the application main menu, allowing easier access of instrument parameters
- Next Channel Patch on Two-Channel Instruments: Instruments that require two input channels to operate (like Goniometer, Oscilloscope, Transfer Analyzer) allow the other channel to be patched to the next input channel by holding down a keyboard modifier (shift, cmd or alt) while selecting a channel on one of the two input-menus.
- Shadow Workspace: before a workspace is recalled, the application state is saved into the Shadow Workspace which can be recalled from the workspace menu.

- Input Patch: With the new Input Patch Window it is easy to route instrument inputs to an other physical input. Furthermore it is possible to give a Channel Name Alias to an input channel.
- Multiple Delay Finder Results: The Delay Finder can store the last measured results in it’s window.
- Session loading when Audio Hardware changes: The last session is now bound to an audio hardware device - when using a different device, LAMA can restore it’s state into the one being used the last time with this hardware.
- Drop Files into Recordings Window: it is possible to drop audio files from the Finder into the Recordings Window - so it can act as a clipboard for often used files for the File Player.
