- As the jump in the release number suggests, this was a major update that includes many bug fixes and releases a large amount of new TextDNA.
- The new ‘assonanciate’ menu and associated control structure was introduced.
- The WebPoem function was improved, especially in terms of being able to
- store and manage topics.
- Fast’n’ugly mode (which writes output faster by not scrolling the output
- window) is now used by Markov chaining as well as by text generation.
New in JanusNode 3.14 (Sep 6, 2013)
- Added a 'WebPoem' function, for generating texts using (selected or random) Wikipedia pages or other web pages, using an all-new generation algorithm.
- Added 'Chipstep Spacecore' textDNA for generating music genre names.
- Added 'find' functionality to search your generated text.
New in JanusNode 2.14 (Mar 7, 2011)
- Eliminated the need for ‘compilation’ during loose Markov chaining
- Tinkered with the eecummingsfication because it seemed to be doing a little too much to the texts
