Sep 27, 2013- Changed chart storage directory to (user home directory)/.JWX/charts, to keep from inadvertently deleting the initialization file located at (user home directory)/.JWX/JWX.ini.

- Added a feature to delete old charts, fixed a bug that prevented automatic chart saving on exit.
