What's new in JBootCat 0.2

- Created project page for JBootCat.
- Included .exe executable launcher for Windows users (via Launch4J)
- Improved error messages for TuplePanel.
- Google search moved to background thread to stop blocking the UI.
- Added title above the URL to aid selection when reviewing URL results.
- Replaced the unfriendly text log of the download process and replaced with simple status panel (similar to WWW Bootcat).
- Resolved newline character support when loading/saving seeds/tuples.
- HTML file size check performed through HTTP connection rather than checking after the file is downloaded.
