- This version features a complete new syncing architecture. Instacast does not synchronize everything anymore, but only small bits of information that is needed to reproduce the same state on every device.
- This completely new approach saves network traffic, storage capacity, mobile data charges and battery power.

- The release of the App Store version triggered a performance bottleneck on our syncing server, which was always there, but only now produces problems as the server gets more and more crowded.
- This release fixes these problems for the Mac app which we hope also releases the stress on the server a bit. Updates for iOS and the Mac App Store are on the way.
