- Show item count in Working Tree Files section. In both sections, show the / count if the list is
- filtered.

- If filter causes folder to be empty (Tree or Compressed mode), don't show the folder.
- Use the same font for Files View diffs as is used by History View diffs
- Preserve Files View tree expansion when view is refreshed.
- Fix NPE in Files View tree mode when Working Copy section or Staged section is empty.
