What's new in Footnotes2Endnotes 2.3

• Minor tweak to fix the "script does nothing/does not work" complaints.
• The script now checks earlier for the existence of footnotes in the document; this avoids showing the Character Styles selection dialog if there are no footnotes.
• Moved the "Done!" alert to the right place: after all stories instead of after each story.
• Added a progress bar. (CS3 and above only)
