Added auto-provisioning wizard from Windows verison (now Mac users can sign up for a free trial VoIP account)
Added a Call History Report dialog (accessed by using the Call - View Call History menu option)
Added integration with Flexiserver
Added video call support
Added Intercom buttons to Mac version
Added all features added in Express Talk v 4.03 for Windows, except for the Express Dial dialer functionality
Changed the Address/Phonebook dialog to support three numbers per contact now instead of just one
Changed log window so it can now be hidden (similar to Windows version)
Fixed broken links in Help pages
Removed the Cancel button from 'Router Setup Required' message, leaving just the OK button (there is nothing to cancel)
Updated the user interface to look more like a Mac program; it now has a brushed metal look, with the log window a more subtle color with a smaller text font
Updated the 'Do Not Disturb' icon that is displayed in the tray when DND is enabled
