Jan 8, 2014- Improved controls for app behavior.
- Camera is now selected from an on-screen pulldown.
- Cycling cameras by clicking the window is now optional.
- Window can now (optionally) be above full screen apps like Keynote presentations.

- Added an "Always On Top" button. If you click the little lock icon in the upper-right corner, the window will stay above other windows.
