- Key highlights for this release are:
- Thunderbolt desktop icons have been updated to match the look and feel of other Drobo products.

- Password Reset is a new feature that allows users to reset their Drobo device Admin password within Drobo Dashboard, and it is tied to our support portal for account verification.

- When connecting to network shares from a Mac OS based host, Drobo Dashboard will default to use the SMB protocol over the traditional AFP protocol.
- Drobo B800i and Drobo B1200i
- The ATTO iSCSI initiator is no longer a package bundled within Drobo Dashboard for Mac OS installs. Drobo Dashboard upgrades from a previous Dashboard release onto to 2.6.4 will continue to work, when iSCSI is used. New Dashboard installs will prompt users to visit ATTOs website to obtain such package if needed. More information can be found under Knowledge Base Article # 353.
