- Version 1.4.3 brings the following new features and fixes:

- A problem with the dialog which appears when starting a backup using the compression option having no buttons has been fixed.
- A problem causing an application crash when using backup file sets has been fixed.
- Under Leopard/MacOS 10.5, a problem existed whereby drawers attached to the backup selection panel would be left orphaned on the screen when the panel was dismissed. This was a problem in MacOS rather than DV Backup and attempts to work around it failed. The problem has now been fixed in the MacOS 10.5.3 update published by Apple.
- Fix of a problem where verifying a backup initiated as a transfer from the hard disk backup store could result in the console log being flooded with logs.
