- Finally fixed Add URL function (File -> Add URL), did not work in original cog source.

- fixed Apple's factory AU FX. Working again!

- function/media keys working again (F8 = play/pause etc)
- fixed prev next buttons in menu bar (would not trigger playing icon)
- removed spotlight search completely due to incompatibility (does not work in Vspaders or Kode54 source either).
