New in Cloud Printer 2.0.8 (Feb 3, 2016)

  • "Sticky Settings" re-enabled. When Version 2.x rolled out, the feature of "sticky settings" (the app remembering the last settings used to print a job to the printer) was left out. With popular demand, it is back.
  • However, just because "number of copies" is a sparingly used feature, the number copies will always default to the print queue's default number of copies rather than the last set number of copies.

New in Cloud Printer 2.0 (Jul 19, 2014)

  • Major under the hood change:
  • Google, the provider of GCP service, has moved to version 2.0 of the GCP API, which obsoletes the older method/print-settings support. This version adds support for the newer version for print-settings support. This would render older versions of the app unusable beyond the date that Google will turn off support for the older method of submitting print job with settings on some date (which is currently set to sometime in August)
  • Product feature packaging: The PrintSettings support will be an In-App purchase from this version onwards

New in Cloud Printer 1.5.4 (May 29, 2012)

New in Cloud Printer 1.5.3 (Feb 24, 2012)
