What's new in C3 0.6.9.6301 Beta

• This release was focused on two main things - stability, and audio levels. This version should hang / crash significantly less (hopefully never) for those of you who have experienced hangs / crashes, and should significantly improve the ability to be heard / hear speakers who aren't always in an ideal setting (not-so-sensitive microphone, soft speech, etc.)
