If you choose Ask for each capture, you will be prompted where to save the capture file after the capture is done. If multiple files will be generated during the capture, you will be prompted to choose a location before the capture starts.
  • Fixed a bug where the capture would start before setting the first channel in the hopping sequence for a multiple channel capture.

  • Implemented capture file limits by time (seconds, minutes) or number of frames in addition to size.
  • Added support to generate multiple capture files based on size, time or number of frames. Capture files can also be rotated for continuous capturing with limited disk space consumption. Multiple file support is only available when saving files locally.
  • Added user notifications for when capture is completed. Notifications can be disabled by going to Preferences > General and unchecking the Show capture complete notification option.
  • Added a "Shown" option in Preferences > General to open the captures file location.
  • Added a "Cancel" button to the capture progress dialog. When the capture is canceled, all capture files created are immediately discarded.
  • Integrated it with DevMate for release management.

  • Redesigned the capture progress dialog to make it more informative and to indicate the progress of the capture based on any chosen limits (size, time or number of frames).
  • Modified the filename format to be easier to read. Also, if multiple files are generated, they are saved to their own folder.
  • Modified the "Launch script" option so that it does not open a Terminal window anymore. Instead, it saves the output of the script (if any) to a text file ending in .out colocated with the original capture file.
