What's new in Acacia 1.52

• Loss of interpolated MID details in FASTA header
• Removal of 5-bp mids and 10-bp mids as these are not used (without specifying a primer also)
• Default file for MIDS changed to null (consistent with default MID_OPTION = "NO_MID".
• Now skips over blank lines in MID file.
