You can now annotate your PDF content, which means you can instantly add notes, strikeout text, leave comments and highlight text on the displayed PDF page. Edit and review PDF documents without any extra add-ons or applications. This is a standalone feature in Able2Extract Professional 11 that offers the following annotations:
Text (Sticky note), Link, Free Text, Highlight, Underline, Squiggly (jagged underline), Strikeout, Stamp, Caret, Pop-up, File attachment, Watermark.
Selectively Redact PDF Data:
With the new Redaction feature, Able2Extract Professional 11 can help you prevent confidential data from being viewed in PDF documents being shared. Permanently remove highly sensitive information like account information, names, or corporate transactions. Able2Extract Professional 11 can redact information easily from PDF documents right within the PDF viewing window. You no longer have to worry about any private data being displayed.
Add Content To Existing PDF Pages:
Tailor your PDF document by adding content directly to its pages. Able2Extract Professional 11 is advanced enough to let you add images, vector shapes and text to your PDFs via the editing side panel. Insert your own images (JPG, BMP, PNG, GIF and TIFF) from your computer or select from 9 vector shapes to insert onto the page.
